01 Delivery Overview
Sky Recliners provides factory-direct delivery from our 5,000 sq.ft atelier in Ghitorni, New Delhi. All products are made-to-order and dispatched after quality inspection by our in-house team.
Every delivery includes professional installation by trained Sky Recliners technicians — ensuring your recliner is perfectly set up in your home before our team leaves.
Our Delivery Promise: We handle everything from our workshop in Delhi to your living room — white-glove delivery, assembly, installation, demonstration and clean-up. You simply relax and enjoy your new recliner.
02 Delivery Timelines
Since all our recliners are made-to-order, delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation and advance payment:
- Delhi / NCR (Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad): 12–18 working days
- Mumbai, Pune: 15–20 working days
- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 18–22 working days
- Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur: 18–25 working days
- Other Cities: 20–28 working days depending on location
- Complex Custom / Bulk Orders: 25–35 working days
Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes during festive seasons. We will always inform you of any significant delay proactively.

04 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, order size and weight. Our standard policy:
- Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad: Free delivery and installation
- Other Major Cities: Delivery charges communicated at order confirmation
- Tier 2 / Remote Cities: Charges calculated on actual logistics cost
- Bulk Orders (5+ seats): Special logistics pricing — contact us for a quote
All delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
05 The Delivery Process

Order Confirmation
After payment, you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email with your estimated delivery window.

Production
Our craftsmen begin building your recliner to your exact specifications. Average production time: 10–16 working days.

Quality Check
Every recliner passes a 12-point quality inspection before dispatch — covering mechanism, motor, upholstery and accessories.

Dispatch
Your order is carefully packaged and dispatched from our Ghitorni atelier. You receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.

Pre-Delivery Call
Our team contacts you 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm your availability and any specific access requirements.

Delivery & Installation
Our trained technicians arrive, unpack, assemble and install your recliner. All packaging is removed. You receive a full function demonstration.
06 Installation
Professional installation is included with every order across all major cities. Our installation service covers:
- Complete unboxing and removal of all packaging materials
- Assembly of recliner in your designated location
- Electrical connection and full testing of motorised units (single/dual motor)
- Testing and demonstration of all accessories (LED, USB, Console, Chiller, Massage)
- Care and maintenance instructions
- Basic troubleshooting guidance
For cities where on-site installation is not directly available, our team provides detailed remote guidance via WhatsApp video call to walk you through the setup process.
Please do not attempt to self-install or disassemble motorised recliners. Improper installation can damage the unit and will void your warranty. Always use our authorised technicians for any repairs.
07 Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please:
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the agreed date and time
- Measure doorways and corridors in advance to confirm the recliner can be brought in (our team will advise on dimensions beforehand)
- Ensure clear access to the installation location is available
- Inspect the packaging for external damage before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Test the recliner with the installation team before they leave
If you are unable to be present on the scheduled delivery date, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
08 Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
- Logistics and transportation disruptions
- Extreme weather events or natural disasters
- Government-imposed restrictions or public holidays
- Customer-requested rescheduling
In the event of any significant delay, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp and/or phone to communicate the revised timeline. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel a confirmed custom order.
09 Damaged in Transit
Despite our careful packaging and handling, transit damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Photograph and/or video the damage clearly
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp to +91 97171 94797
- Our team will assess and arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you
Important: Damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for free replacement. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
